Frame ID > Gussets

Mongoose frames  "made in the USA"  have a round hole with a ridge pressed into the front gussets on either side

Decoster frames have an oval hole with a ridge pressed into the front gussets on either side.

Blue Max frames have a solid gusset plate and has the indented image of the Iron Cross in the center.

MotoTrac frames have a solid gusset and the capital “T” indented in the center as well.

Jag frames have the solid front gusset and has a decal of a Jaguar in the center with no indentation.

Rampar has a small slot in the gusset for the brake cable to route through it and also has cable guides welded on the underside of the top tube.

Super X has a single gusset welded vertically in the centre of the two tubes. It also has an “X” stamped instead of a the first “C” in the serial #
